Cooking Classes

Our teaching evenings are fun & informal, each with a thought provoking and dynamic introduction, followed by the demonstration of a few tasty healing recipes.

Classes are held in Forest Row, East Sussex and are £20 payable on arrival. To secure your place, please send a £5 non-refundable deposit with your name, address, telephone number & email address to:-
