Delivery Methods & Charges
All orders over £150 are delivered FREE in the UK, regardless of weight
Orders below 2 kilos will be sent by Royal Mail, these charges range from £2.70 to £8.30, depending on weight of the parcel.
Orders over 2 kilos will automatically go with UPS. Total value of order below £44.99 = £9.50 delivery charge, between £45-£149.99 = £4.95 delivery charge. Orders over £150 = free delivery.
To calculate your delivery charge please enter your items into the basket then proceed to checkout. Fill in your county and postcode, scroll down and select 'Click to calculate shipping'.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched same or next working day unless stated otherwise. If we are out of stock we will let you know by email, and you can decide to wait or receive a refund. Depending on the weight and contents of your order, we either use UPS next day courier service, or Royal Mail postage service. Your order may need to be signed for, so if you're not going to be there, please specify an alternate address, such as your work address.
Fresh Foods: Orders containing fresh food items will not be dispatched on Fridays due to the time spent in transit.
Collection
Collect from Macrobiotic Shop in Forest Row, East Sussex. Please telephone us on 01342 822062 after placing your order to arrange a convenient collection date and time.
Royal Mail
Royal Mail, normally one to two working days after dispatch. Only valid for orders up to 2kg in weight for UK mainland.
UPS - Next Business Day
All UPS deliveries are week days only. Please note we do not despatch UPS on Fridays.
Guaranteed Next Business Day delivery via UPS (Available for orders received by 2pm on Monday to Thursday Only). If you wish to have the parcel left anywhere other than with the desired recipient please leave a note on the main door that they can take away with them for their records. This must include your instructions to the driver, the tracking number and please sign and date the note. This will ensure your delivery instructions are fulfilled completely.
International
Air mail, worldwide, normally one to two weeks after despatch.
Please note: Macrobiotic Shop do not take responsibility for customs duties or delays.
Some heavier International orders may incur a delivery charge supplement if it is necessary to cover any additional shipping cost. We will ask if you are happy to pay this before despatching your order.
Packaging
All packaging materials and shipping boxes we use to pack your order are re-used or recycled. We never purchase non-recyclable or non-biodegradable materials for packaging.
